Jenni enjoys working with small businesses because she knows how important it is for a business to have an accurate set of books and to timely file their taxes. She likes to build a solid and trusting relationship with her clients so they will trust her with the finances while they use their passion to grow their business. Fall is her favorite time of year, not only does she get to watch her daughter play soccer and her son in the Marching Band, but she also likes to cheer on her favorite football teams with her family. Her two oldest boys are in college now, so she has learned to cheer for the University of Tennessee and the University of Iowa but her heart will always belong to Wisconsin. Go Badgers! Go Pack Go!"

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Jelly Bean. Michelle joined Anomaly as Director of Quality Control & Advisory with over 15 years of tax and accounting experience. She has served many roles in both public and private capacities, within a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, not-for-profit, governmental, and many more. Michelle’s broad experiences as a former CFO, auditor, tax preparer, and general business consultant, are valued resources we are excited to offer our clients. Outside of work, Michelle, her husband, and children enjoy being outdoors as well as serving in their community. She is an active member of her church and serves in a variety of roles for community not-for-profits. Baseball is her speed in sports and coming originally from southern California, she is a faithful Dodgers fan.

She is a cum laude graduate of Cal State University of Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing. Molly has extensive experience working with CPAs, beginning when she was in college. Molly went on to manage a CPA firm in California prior to joining Anomaly. She will use her experience and managerial skills to ensure she exceeds our client’s expectations for service.

Outside of work, Lindsay loves being a mom, spending time with family and friends and taking her energetic Wheaten Terrier, Bruno, on walks. She's also passionate about health and wellness, loves a good mystery and has a soft spot for animals!

Kim was born and raised in Canada and has been in the USA for 24 years. She has owned her own computer business for 12 years and began her interest in accounting back when paper and an adding machine were the main tools. Outside of work, Kim has a 16 year old son, and has keen interest in children’s welfare having been a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for four years. She is an avid music listener and enjoys everything from country to hip hop. One of Kim’s hobbies includes collecting baseball cards and refinishing old furniture.

Monica joined Anomaly as an Accounting Project Manager bringing her variety of experience in the accounting field. Monica enjoys organizing complex accounting information and helping business owners develop sound operating strategies. Beyond her professional life, Monica has a fondness for travel. While working towards her master’s degree in Tucson she met her husband and together they completed a life goal of a road trip along Route 66. She would one day like to visit all 50 states.

Her academic journey led her to Texas State University, where she successfully earned three bachelor's degrees in finance, accounting, and management. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jasmine exhibits a profound commitment to community service. During her leisure time, you'll find her actively engaged in teaching local gardening courses, offering mentorship to teenage students, or embarking on travel adventures.

Outside of work, for the past five years, Katie’s passion project has been coaching middle schoolers in cross country and track.

Irene is a detail-oriented accountant specializing in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and tax support.

Offline, he loves being with his wife and son. When not hiking, biking, skiing, or traveling, you'll find him with a small stack of books. His favorite subjects are theology, philosophy, history, and finance.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, woodworking, and community service.

Carl is passionate about helping businesses optimize their financial strategies and uncover hidden opportunities for growth. Outside of work, he enjoys hitting the gym, hiking, and staying updated on financial and current events. Education

As a business owner herself, Fhrea understands firsthand the complexities of running and growing a business. She works with both domestic and international businesses, helping them navigate compliance requirements, streamline operations, and develop strategies that support long-term stability and growth. Outside of work, Fhrea enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and discovering local gems. She finds inspiration in meeting people, trying different cuisines, and learning from diverse tradition

Ina enjoys the analytical and problem-solving nature of tax work, especially the opportunity to develop strategies that align with evolving tax regulations. When she’s not working with numbers, Ina loves expressing herself through fashion and design, discovering new destinations and learning to play the violin.

John started loving accounting and his passion with numbers began when his uncle passed the CPA Exam in the Philippines and quickly turned my life around. He sent me to college and I was lucky enough to pass the CPA Exam as well as I wanted to be like him.

Outside of work, Clarissa enjoys coffee and traveling, always finding inspiration in new experiences and places.

Before joining Anomaly CPA, Carizza worked as an accountant for a BPO company specializing in bookkeeping services for U.S. clients. This role provided her with valuable exposure to international accounting practices across various industries, including dental and medical, veterinary, restaurant, rental property, property management and construction. Beyond her professional life, Carizza is a devoted pet mom to her seven fur babies. She also has a passion for travel, whether exploring scenic beaches, indulging in new delicacies, or immersing herself in different cultures, both locally and abroad.

In addition to his expertise in accounting, Facundo is also a technology and programming enthusiast. He is passionate about developing automated processes to streamline routine accounting tasks, allowing for greater efficiency and enabling him to focus on providing even more value to his clients. Beyond his professional interests, Facundo loves to travel, explore new places, immerse himself in different cultures, and connect with people from all over the world. After a workday, he enjoys engaging in physical activities of all kinds, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Maurice pursued Accountancy through the advice of his mother, who was an accountant herself. Working in the BPO industry for the majority of his career further honed his command of the English language. During weekends, he is active at his local Christian church as part of the worship team and as a connected group leader to young adults. In his spare time, he plays tennis, hangs out with his friends, and engages in social media.

Hillel is dedicated to continuous learning, regularly pursuing training and certifications to stay ahead of industry trends. A passionate volunteer, he enjoys supporting educational initiatives while also challenging himself with chess and staying active through basketball. Guided by the motto, "Don’t chase success. Follow Excellence! Success will chase you," he strives for excellence in all he does, making a meaningful impact and building lasting relationships with clients and the community.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Annette is driven by a core passion for cultivating meaningful connections and delivering value to her clients.

Outside of work, Javier enjoys going to the beach whenever he gets the chance. He’s also working on getting better at playing the piano.

Alfredo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, from the Lisandro Alvarado University, Venezuela, which laid the foundation for a career centered on helping clients optimize their tax results. What drives him the most is the challenge of aligning regulations with business priorities—finding smart, compliant paths that reduce tax liabilities while supporting growth. Outside of work, Alfredo recharges through rock climbing, where problem-solving meets adrenaline, and analogue photography, where capturing moments on film keeps him grounded in a fast-paced digital world.
